After more than 4 years in the insurance business, Victor has seen and heard nearly everything. That experience has not only provided him a deep compassion for his clients, but also a vast knowledge about the insurance industry that enables him to direct his clients to choose the best coverage for their individual situations.

His decision to open his own agency came after realizing that he can save his clients money by shopping insurance between reliable and trustworthy insurance companies to provide high value to his clients at the best possible price.

Victor is very active in his community, most notibly as an Ambassador for the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce, where he has been awarded Ambassador of the Year in both 2005 and 2007.

His ready smile and cheerful disposition is backed by a wealth of insurance knowledge—providing his clients incredible customer service and appropriate coverage.
